ASSOCIATED ILLINOIS MILK, FOOD AND ENVIRONMENTAL SANITARIANS
AIMFES is a not-for-profit state corporation dedicated to serving its members and friends by providing timely educational seminars which relate to the production, processing, handling, manufacturing, serving and distribution of safe, high quality foods. AIMFES members also relate to the environmental issues which affect food.
Membership includes individuals and companies interested in public health from the educational, regulatory and industry sectors. AIMFES is affiliated with the International Association for Food Protection.
AIMFES is a unique organization in that it provides a forum where both private and government sectors join together in providing educational seminars, workshops and meetings that bring current trends, issues and concerns into focus for the better understanding of all.
